Operations Lead

Description:

We are looking to bring onboard an Operations Lead to design and control business operations to ensure streamlined production and maintenance of products and services. This will be the first hire in an operational function at BFB Labs so the ideal person will be excited about establishing this function in the business by being strategic and hands-on at the same time. Duties will include overseeing high-level HR duties, designing and conserving quality control and safety measures and analysing and improving organisational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that BfB Labs has an appropriate set of operational strategies, plans and policies in place, and that these develop as the company grows and learns, and in response to relevant external requirements.
• Implement these operational strategies, plans and policies so that the company operates efficiently and effectively for customers, end users and staff.
• Provide regular reports to the CEO and Board on operational performance and improvement, providing assurance regarding risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Appoint, manage and develop staff.
• Contribute to the success of the company as a member of the senior team.
