The ideal Operations Director candidate will possess the following:

• A background in contract catering within B&I
• Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover of at least £10m+
• Extensive knowledge of both hospitality and retail business
• Strong financial acumen
• Live within London or the home counties
• UK driving license
