Operations Administrator

 

Description:

In this role you will working within the Operations Team assisting the Operations manager and supporting the Scheduling team. You should be an energetic team-player and demonstrate good time management and show a willingness to learn.The Role:
 

  • Responsible for stock control and distribution of engineers equipment and uniform
  • Liaise with companies to order and supply engineer equipment
  • Assist Operations Manager and Technical Manager with operational duties
  • Ensuring, through accurate record keeping, Engineer Health and safety qualifications are up to date.
  • Keeping Engineer equipment legal and calibrated
  • Arranging Fleet service/MOT bookings and hire vehicles
  • Engineer Hotel Bookings
  • Assist Technical Manager with planning of engineer Audits
  • Assign Regional Partner work to Franchisee engineers
  • Keep track of and ensure Regional partner work is being completed in a timely manner
  • General Office support
     

The Candidate
 

  • Excellent communications skills; verbal, written and Computer literature
  • Strong organisational skills: the ability to work under pressure and manage your time effectively
  • Strong team-player
  • Report to the Operations manager either formally or informally on a daily/weekly basis as required.
  • Ensure management are in possession of all relevant statistics and information to maximise and co-ordinate the company’s operational efforts.
  • Ensure effective use of all work time.
  • Attend operations meeting and training courses as necessary.
  • Liaise within operations and with sales departments to maintain clear communication.
