Responsibilities
 

  • Utilise our client's database to match candidates with suitable roles.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new candidates, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Create travel plans for contractors to ensure seamless arrangements.
  • Uphold the integrity of our client's CRM database.
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support the team.
     

Requirements
 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer/client-facing role, demonstrating your ability to build relationships.
  • Confident telephone manner to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office, enabling you to navigate various software programmes.
