benefit of the firm. The ideal candidate will have strong management and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. It will be a hands-on role and will encompass but will not be restricted to the following:
- Providing operational support to the partners to ease the burden of their day-to-day workload in running the business and attending to client matters
- Responsible for monitoring the filing deadlines for the directors/staff and ensuring timesheets are submitted weekly by all staff including the directors
- Collaborating with senior staff to manage the firms invoicing and client work-in-progress on a timely basis
- Involvement with some financial matters, including credit control, daily cashflow, setting up bank payments for approval
- Managing external supplier/service provider relationships including assisting with insurance renewals
- Assisting with new and potential client matters, including preparing fee quotes/proposals and on-boarding of new clients and ensuring all relevant systems are fully updated
- Managing and overseeing the AML processes within the firm and assisting with ensuring adherence to office procedures/AML regulations and staff training.
- Overseeing IT support and liaison with our external IT consultants on issues that arise with existing computer systems & processes and dealing with any updating of equipment/systems required. Assisting with website support.
- Assisting with marketing and networking on an ad-hoc basis.
