Description:
The office Manager will be responsible for the delivery of all office service functions at the East Midlands Gateway site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of all office support and user functions across the East Midlands Head office space.
- Oversee and manage the office and meeting room usage requirements, delivering all aspects of the office experience to the highest standards.
- Support and manage room, pool car, function spaces and hospitality booking needs are delivered to the requestor’s requirements.
- Ensure the delivery of the correct room configurations, auditorium set up, consumables and cleanliness for all booked meetings and functions.
- Maintain and manage housekeeping within the office environment, maintaining the office look and feel at all times.
- Manage and support the delivery of the office reception duties as required.
- Be the main point of contact for all office users regarding their office use requirements.
- Provide the highest standards of housekeeping within the office environment, working with service partners to ensure expectations are always met.
- Oversee the delivery of all reception, general office and meeting room provisions (consumables etc). Ensuring all such requirements are in place for staff and visitors alike.
- Manage and support all Postal room services and that any deadlines are met for receipt and dispatch of postal services.
- Escalate any Office management issues in a timely manner through the correct channels.
- Liaise with other service delivery areas as required (cleaning, catering, FM, HSSE for example).
