Key Responsibilities:
- Daily management and supervision of business services teams (4 direct reports)
- Ensure office supplies, resources and consumables are stocked.
- Work with all members of the IT and Business Services team.
- Work with other Office Managers, covering where necessary and assisting with ensuring cover is maintained by managing the rota.
- Organise regular meetings.
- Work with the Events Manager to ensure events are executed in a professional and cost-efficient manner.
- Manage desk and office moves alongside the Facilities Manager.
- Obtain competitive quotations for any works required.
- Assist with the recruitment & training of new staff.
- Make sure HR records are kept updated, new starter inductions and performance appraisals.
- Ensure the site accident book is kept up to date.
- Act as Fire Marshall.
- Responsible for Health and Safety audits.
- Complete all site Risk Assessments.

- Previous Office Management experience
- Experience in using office and meeting room equipment.
