You will be working in stunning offices in the West End, our client is seeking an office coordinator who is happy to turn their hand to anything. someone confident to take ownership of the role, has the ability to multi task, plan ahead, liaise at senior level and lead the way in ensuring a positive, collaborative and happy culture. Strong communication skills are essential. Relevant office experience also essential - ideally gained from professional services, but flexible.

Responsibilities
 

  • Welcome clients with a contagious smile and positive attitude
  • Be the go-to person for any questions or concerns they may have
  • Keep the reception area looking sharp and tidy
  • Schedule appointments and manage our booking system
  • Lend a helping hand with any administrative tasks that may arise
  • Performing clerical duties, including filing and archiving paperwork, matching invoices to proof of deliveries.
  • Scanning, photocopying, and filing documents.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Monitoring of email inboxes.
  • Distributing and forwarding emails, where necessary.
  • Logging Tenders on server and downloading information.
  • Light accounting duties.
  • Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets.
