Our client has expanded at a steady and secure pace over recent years. To support their continued expansion strategy, they are now seeking to employ their first Office Manager/Administrator, who will play a pivotal and crucial role in the stability and growth of the business going forward.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator (or similar) to step into and have ownership of a role from the get go, to put your skills into practice and flourish in a fast paced environment.

 

What Would I Be Doing ?

This is a hands on role. As the current sole administrator for the business, you would be responsible for all aspects of clerical duties for the time being, including but not limited to;

  • Answering telephone calls, query handling.
  • Managing correspondence (email & written)
  • Diary management for the Director and Engineers
  • Supporting in the scheduling of appointments and meetings
  • Organising and maintaining office files, records, documentation.
  • Data entry
  • Boiler registrations
  • Basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, reconciling payments, processing/payment of bills)
  • Working independently but alongside the Director and friendly team of engineers.
