Office Investment Associate

This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced MRICS commercial surveyor with central London experience, acquiring leasehold office assets in prime locations. You’ll be required to source and identify new sites, underwrite, run financial models, support the design and sales teams and drive value add initiatives. You’ll also be required to prepare detailed reports for investors, prospective landlords and agents.

The company have a lean real estate team so the incoming surveyor will be given a broad range of responsibilities along with exposure to senior level internal & external stakeholders.
