Description:
Being a key member of the Sapiens Global Operations team, you will oversee the smooth running of the Cardiff Office and provide support as follows:
- Fielding calls for the Cardiff team and acting as the first point of contact for all staff and visitors to the Cardiff office.
- Dealing with all mail received at the Cardiff office.
- Monitoring the Operations mailbox in Microsoft Outlook for staff queries and supplier invoices.
- Liaising with suppliers, building security, and management, as and when necessary.
- Ordering items for colleagues and new members of staff as when required, tracking the spend accordingly.
- Working with the IT team to arrange the shipment of new equipment to staff who are working from home.
- Basic finance: requesting purchase requisitions and ensuring that supplier invoices are forwarded to our Finance team in a timely manner.
- Providing general administration support to Operations, IT and HR teams as necessary.
Skills and experience required …
- A minimum of 2 years administration experience gained from working in an office.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to manage your own workload.
- Experience of basic finance – calculating VAT etc.
- Be adept at picking up new systems.
- Excellent working knowledge of Office 365.
