Role Requirements

• Proven track record (minimum 2 years) working with an established UK Freight Forwarder.
• Conversant with CNS and Destin8 - CDS experience is advantageous
• Approachable character with brilliant communication skills
• First-class Maths and English, with a keen eye for detail
• Competent with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with diverse clientele, vendors, and subcontractors, including depots, haulers, and shipping lines
• Passing along supplier invoices and making inquiries as needed
• Coordinating deliveries and collections while adhering to client timelines
• Contacting the customer to check on their satisfaction and see if there is anything else we can take care of for them following delivery
• Raising internal files
• Raising Invoices
• Checking vessel arrivals
