An exciting opportunity is available for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join a specialist pediatric clinic in Harlow, providing compassionate and dynamic therapy to infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents with cerebral palsy. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a highly motivated individual who values impactful, hands-on therapy and a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

You will be joining a supportive clinical team that delivers uplifting, high-energy therapy to international clients. The role involves working with young people to help develop, improve, or restore their functional abilities related to daily living, social-emotional well-being, cognition, and sensory function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric clients with motor and sensory impairments.

  • Create and implement tailored treatment plans based on neurodevelopmental and biomechanical frameworks.

  • Train patients and caregivers on assistive devices, mobility tools, and home exercise programs.

  • Accurately document clinical findings, evaluations, and progress reports.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain strong rapport with clients.

  • Manage caseloads efficiently and support clinical practice development.

  • Ensure adherence to professional, legal, and ethical standards.

  • Participate in continual professional development.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration (mandatory)

  • Prior experience working with children affected by cerebral palsy

  • Physically able to lift, push, or pull up to 22 kg (manual therapy handling)

Working Hours: Full-time, 8:00am – 4:30pm
