Description:

ISS is seeking a passionate and creative Nutritionist to lead the development and implementation of health, wellbeing, and sustainable diets strategies within workplace environments. This is an excellent opportunity to drive positive change in the foodservice sector, collaborating with marketing and culinary teams to design innovative nutrition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Stay updated on latest nutrition policies, research, and trends
✔ Develop and implement healthy, sustainable eating programs for workplace brands
✔ Collaborate with brand managers and culinary teams to create quarterly menus and recipes
✔ Validate recipes using the company’s recipe management system
✔ Work with marketing teams to translate nutritional propositions into customer-facing campaigns
✔ Provide training and activation support to operations teams
✔ Assist the commercial team in bid processes for new business and retenders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

🔹 Registered Nutritionist or Dietitian (ANutr, RNut, or RD)
🔹 Strong knowledge of nutrition science and passion for staying updated on latest evidence
🔹 Experience working with culinary and marketing teams
🔹 Excellent communication and presentation skills
🔹 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
