To help lead this journey, Ivory Finance is seeking a Non-Technical Co-Founder with a solid foundation in finance, investment banking, or related fields, who can drive product strategy, business development, and growth initiatives. You will work closely with the technical co-founder to shape a scalable and impactful product tailored for the financial industry.

This is a founding role with equity-based compensation only, offering full ownership and the rare opportunity to build a transformative fintech company from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-lead overall company strategy, roadmap, and execution with the technical co-founder.

• Translate financial industry pain points into high-value product features.

• Engage with early users including analysts, portfolio managers, and research teams to validate use cases and guide development.

• Build strategic partnerships with investment firms, wealth managers, and data providers.

• Lead or support fundraising activities with venture capitalists and institutional investors.

• Drive product monetization and growth strategy, shaping the future financial model and GTM plan.

• Represent the company at finance-focused events, meetings, and networking circles.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5–10+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Fintech, or a related finance domain.

• Proficiency in equity research, financial modeling, or portfolio strategy.

• Entrepreneurial spirit — ideally with startup or founder-level experience.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous early-stage environment.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
