Description:
As we enter our high-growth phase, we are looking to bring on a media/advertising industry leader in the UK, in a Non-Executive Director capacity, to work with the board to roll out the platform across all agency holding companies, with US expansion in the pipeline for 2024.
This is an equity-only offering where the successful candidate will join our fantastic board of directors with over 80 years’ experience in media planning & buying / media sales / technology. This role will suit someone from a sales background who is currently in full-time employment in a role such as Commercial Director or Sales Director within the industry and is looking to join and advise an innovative and disruptive company re-thinking the way the relationships are managed.
The Non Executive Director will be also be responsible for offering an independent perspective to the board of directors, challenging the executive members where required, and offering guidance and support where needed. This is a remote role that requires availability for in-person meetings.
Minimum/Key requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years media sales experience, in reputable UK-based media owners/vendors
- Strong and up-to-date rolodex of senior/c-level Media Agency decision makers such as Trading Directors, Managing Directors and CEOs.
- Must be in a full-time sales leadership role currently i.e. Commercial Director or Sales Director
- Minimum of 2 hours per week made available for the role
