New Claims Team Leader

 

Description:

As a Team Leader, you will act as the first point of contact for our staff who are handling new claims from our policyholders, who have been involved in road traffic accidents.

 

You will be responsible for assisting us to ensure we are providing a service to our customers and converting all available opportunities and driving results for our business.

 

Dealing with all aspects of new claims, you will manage communications with clients, the responsible party, their insurers, solicitors and various other parties involved in the process.

 

You will also utilise our case management system to follow up on any outstanding issues, such as witness reports and third-party details.

 

Additionally, you will:

 

- Sell our services to clients and any associated parties

- Arrange for the delivery of credit hire vehicles

- Provide a general administrative service

- Act as key holder for opening and closing the office at the start and end of a shift

- Support staff and provide 121 feedback

- Undertake audits

- Promote services to drive the numbers

 

About You

 

To be considered as a New Claims Team Leader, you will need:

 

- Experience in new claims reporting (FNOL)

- Excellent communication skills

- A passion for supporting our team members

- A commitment to driving the results of the business
