We are a team based in Shoreditch, and our cultural fit is as important to us as excelling in our work. The client services/New Business consultant will play an integral role in the future strategy of the business. They will build strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities within our existing portfolio as well as searching for and identifying new business opportunities in the wider market.

You will work alongside our existing client services manager and our marketing/new business manager.

Organisation

  • Timesheeting, learning and knowing annual budget cycles of external clients.
  • Ability to lead and work autonomously
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and speak more for the team
  • Take control of existing client requests for data, RFI’s, annual review surveys etc.
  • Work with the finance team to review financial health of projects, stepping in where necessary to be a client point of contact to deliver burn reports and discuss any overages or changes of scope of a project as required.
  • Produce project case studies for large scale projects where appropriate
