As the National Account Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth and strategic development of our brand within the Convenience and Route to Market sectors. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing start-up and play a key role in the launch and expansion of our product across the UK.

 

The National Account Manager responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to launch and grow the brand within the Convenience and Route to Market channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and wholesale partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across multiple channels.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure successful product roll-outs and ongoing brand support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer feedback to adapt strategies and ensure long-term success.
  • Achieve sales targets, profit margins, and KPIs to drive the overall performance of the business.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotions with key partners to maximize brand presence and sales

 

The ideal National Account Manager Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager, ideally within the FMCG or drinks sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Convenience and Route to Market channels.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth, launching products, and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing growth opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
