Description:
Boots Hearingcare, part of the globally renowned Sonova Group, is looking for a Multi Store Audiologist to deliver exceptional, patient-focused hearing care across several clinic locations. In this role, you will act as a clinical expert and customer care ambassador, ensuring the highest standards in hearing health service and product delivery.
As a vital member of the team, you will conduct thorough hearing assessments, recommend hearing solutions tailored to patient needs, and manage appointments across multiple sites. You'll play a key role in creating demand for in-store hearing services, all while maintaining strong clinical documentation and adhering to professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive hearing assessments following BSA guidelines
Deliver exceptional customer care throughout the hearing journey
Fit and recommend hearing solutions from a full product portfolio
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
Meet appointment and sales targets
Represent Boots Hearingcare professionally across multiple store locations
Commit to continuous personal development (CPD)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification
HCPC (Health Care Professions Council) registration
Minimum 2 years of experience post-qualification
Proven track record in achieving clinical audit standards and sales targets
Strong understanding of audiological principles
Excellent administrative, organisational, and interpersonal skills
