Description:
The Motion Designer for the in-house Bluey Creative will be responsible for producing dynamic and high-quality motion graphics that support the creative output. Working under the guidance of the Head of Creative (Bluey), the Motion Designer will create engaging content for campaigns, social media, digital out-of-home advertising, and more. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional animation skills, a keen eye for detail, and a collaborative spirit, contributing to the production of world-class motion graphics that resonate with international audiences.
Responsibilities
- Motion Graphics Production: Develop and produce effective, insight/data-driven, high-quality motion graphics for various channels including digital, social, and out-of-home, ensuring all materials meet project specifications and channel brand guidelines.
- Animation: Create engaging animations that bring static designs to life, enhancing the overall storytelling and visual impact.
- Graphic Design: Able to ideate and visualise concepts using Photoshop and Illustrator
- Visual Consistency: Ensure all motion graphics are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines, maintaining high production standards.
- Storyboarding and Concept Development: Develop storyboards and concepts for motion graphics projects, ensuring a clear narrative and visual flow.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm, develop, and execute innovative motion graphics solutions.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design software to create compelling animations.
- Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all motion graphics materials within constraints.
- Feedback Integration: Address feedback constructively, maintaining a solution-focused attitude and continually refining work to meet high standards.
- Technical Skills Development: Continuously improve animation and production skills, staying updated with industry trends and tools.
