Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Are you an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Look no further! We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team, covering London 4 days a week and 1 day a week outside of London.

As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for problem-solving. The successful engineer will not require the formal qualifications, rather relevant experience in Building Maintenance.

You will be provided with a company van and fuel card. This means you'll have the freedom to travel to different sites without worrying about the cost of transportation.

Duties
 

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• Tap Temperatures
• Flushing
• Water treatment
• Filters
• Belts
• General Building Services tasks
   

Requirements
 

• City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering - Desirable, not essential
• Prior experience in Building Maintenance (At least 3 years prior)
• Great communication skills
• Self motivated
• A full UK driving license
