Mobile App Developer

Description:

Cross Works (XW), a leading design and technology firm, is seeking a Mobile App Developer to join its technology team. The successful candidate will work on custom app development projects for high-profile international clients, focusing on creating interactive, immersive, and user-friendly mobile experiences.

This role involves collaborating with Urban Designers, Architects, and Software Engineers to develop cross-platform and native mobile applications that integrate with GIS, VR/AR technologies, and data-driven visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain native and cross-platform mobile applications.

• Build user-centric interfaces that enhance engagement through seamless UX/UI.

• Translate UX/UI wireframes into functional, high-performance code with micro-interactions.

• Integrate mobile applications with APIs, databases, and immersive technologies (e.g., Unreal Engine, GIS, or VR/AR).

• Ensure app performance, stability, and offline functionality across multiple devices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement mobile solutions aligned with strategic project goals.

• Deploy and maintain applications on Google Play and Apple App Store.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in mobile app development using React Native, Swift, or Kotlin.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile development frameworks.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, or cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to translate visual concepts into functional app interfaces.

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Unity, or WebView embedding is a plus.

• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
