Mid Weight Graphic Designer

Description:

Lead creative and brand implementation across print & digital assets, with varied projects from packaging to OOH campaigns. Working closely with the Marketing Lead and the Content & Community Manager your day to day will include supervising shoots to designing the shelves of Boots. We may have a serious mission, but we like to bring the fun in our design and you will be front and centre in brand campaigns and creative meetings to shape the Mooncup® look & feel.

Creative & always on the hunt for the latest innovations & trends in challenger brand designs, you are inspired by the impact design has on our lives. Organised to a tee and a great team player who likes to have lots of spinning plates. Most importantly you are passionate about making a difference in sustainability & menstrual health!

The ideal candidate will have

• At least 2 years experience
• The ability to create high quality, accurate artwork files across our retail SKUs, specifically in the creation of product and packaging artwork
• The ability to create unexpected ideas
• Organisation skills to be able to prioritise your workload
• A love for typography, print, digital and everything in between
• The ability to be a brand champion, apply guidelines consistently but also challenge them to bring unexpected results
• Highly proficient across the Adobe Creative Suite, with in-depth knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Photography retouching skills
• Experience supporting a marketing team
• Comfortable liaising with printers
• Comfortable with Premiere Pro/ willing to learn
• Skills to effectively collaborate with team members in-person and remotely
• Familiarity with project managing on Notion
• Happy to get stuck in and learn new skills, whether that’s email design, illustration or animation
• A passion for disrupting the industry and challenging the big brands
