They are currently seeking an experienced Microsoft D365 Technical Architect to join their team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, lead solution architecture, and drive digital transformation for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse client business objectives and identify how D365/CRM can provide value.
• Design and propose solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and D365 architecture best practices.
• Prepare and approve Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Functional Design Documents (FDD).
• Manage and review project deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Plan and execute CRM developments, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure best practices and smooth D365 implementation.
• Optimize D365 solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Technical Expertise in D365 – Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and extension.
✔ Power Platform Experience – Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Portals, Model-Driven, Canvas), Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Automate.
✔ Database & Reporting – SQL Server 2008+ with experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
✔ .NET Framework – Version 4.5 or above with expertise in WCF/Web API.
✔ Web Technologies – Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.
✔ Programming Skills – Proficiency in C#, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS), TypeScript, and JavaScript conversion.
✔ Azure Expertise – Experience with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
