To facilitate high impact, engaging, interactive training sessions to maximize the learning experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Create an engaging, professional, warm learning environment that encourages a high level of participation and manage attendees virtually, encouraging participation and engagement with the session.
Skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in clinical psychology, counselling, clinical support and/or similar areas of expertise
- Confidence and communication fluency to engage, connect and inspire attendees
- Knowledge of IT is essential to interact with client IT systems as well as using webinar platforms such as Go To Webinar and MS Teams
- Prior experience with facilitating webinars
- Medium to high degree of proficiency in written and spoken English whether this is your first or second language.
- Complete fluency and accuracy in Hebrew, both written and spoken
- High level of competence and experience in facilitating training sessions
Technical requirements:
- Computer with suitable bandwidth to support virtual events
- Built-in camera or external camera
- Strong internet connection
