Medical Affairs Specialist

CK Group are recruiting on contract basis, on behalf of a Global Pharmaceutical Company who is seeking a Scientific Publications Manager .

This role is initially a 6 month contract with plans to be extended. You will be working with pipeline and pre-launch teams on multiple assets in neurology, with direct responsibility for executing the scientific publication plan.

You will have vendor support for medical writing through Global agencies and they will have internal support from the medical team. We are looking for someone who understands publication management deeply and can deal with a complex stakeholder environment.

As a Scientific Publications Manager, you will have hands on experience of:

• Leading Scientific Publications for journal and congress submissions, including publication planning and delivery

• Experience of working in medical affairs in the pharmaceutical industry

• Therapeutic area experience of neurological disorders would be a plus

• Possible experienced in vendor medical communication environment

• Medical writing for scientific publications would be a plus

• Stakeholder management (specifically clinical, medical, legal/regulatory stakeholders internally, and external physicians)
