Description:
This position partners with the Program & Senior Management team for our client based in Europe, supporting a military Aerospace operation to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all key functions.
Additional Responsibilities Include
- Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
- Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
- Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statuses are logged. Interfaces with program management, senior management, and the customer as the program's planning integrator.
- Devises modelling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments.
- Utilises performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.
Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance and be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance after starting.

5 Years Of Combined Professional Experience In The Following
- Planning or program management related discipline
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Experiences with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
- Experience delivering leadership project briefings
- Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g., Earned Value Management

- Bachelors degree in construction management, Program Management, Business Administration

- Working knowledge of a scheduling tool, such as Open
- Plan Professional or Microsoft Project Professional
