Master Planner

 

Description:

This position partners with the Program & Senior Management team for our client based in Europe, supporting a military Aerospace operation to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all key functions.

Additional Responsibilities Include
 

  • Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
  • Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
  • Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statuses are logged. Interfaces with program management, senior management, and the customer as the program's planning integrator.
  • Devises modelling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments.
  • Utilises performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.
     

Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance and be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance after starting.

The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:

5 Years Of Combined Professional Experience In The Following
 

  • Planning or program management related discipline
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experiences with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
  • Experience delivering leadership project briefings
  • Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g., Earned Value Management

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelors degree in construction management, Program Management, Business Administration
  • Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology.
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Team oriented, transparent, can demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Working knowledge of a scheduling tool, such as Open
  • Plan Professional or Microsoft Project Professional
  • Experience with DCMA Guidelines.
