This is a fantastic role for a creative and proactive marketing professional with a couple of years’ experience to join a global organisation and drive the creation, delivery and execution of impactful marketing materials across a range of creative media.

What you’ll need to succeed
- Engage with line of business leadership to discuss, recommend and deliver business marketing solutions to help them meet their business objectives.
- Coordinate deliverables, activities and timings with stakeholders and business partners
- Ideate, write, create and execute business marketing strategies and materials. This could include product launches, relaunches and campaigns, presentations or video scripts
- Work closely with creative agencies to brief, develop and deliver timely and impactful creative collateral within budget including online graphic, digital, audio, video and print material
- Identify and oversee the monitoring of appropriate metrics to track and demonstrate the progress and effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Collaborate actively with business marketing colleagues on wider multiline marketing initiatives wherever there is opportunity
- Governance of UK marketing materials
- Experience in supporting the development and execution of business marketing strategies
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder relationship building and negotiation skills, with a demonstrable ability to collaborate effectively with different audiences at all levels
- Ability and curiosity to find imaginative and practical solutions and make well-considered decisions
- Proactive and highly organised with the ability to prioritise conflicting workloads
- Financial Services / insurance knowledge is beneficial but not essential
