Marketing Specialist

Description:

• Develop and lead their marketing strategy across a variety of channels including Email, SEO, copywriting, PR, Social Media and Events.
• Build strong relationships with key media contacts and journalists.
• Manage and lead the end-to-end email marketing campaign process using Klaviyo.
• Create engaging content for emails, blog posts, product copy, website copy etc.
• Develop and lead their organic social media strategy - schedule posts, stories and live content across TikTok, Meta, Pinterest etc.
• Plan press events and media gifting.
• Organise and manage events and collaborations.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports to senior leadership team and founders.

About You

• +3 years experience in a marketing role
• eCommerce background is essential, whether that's agency or client side
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start up environment
• Strong knowledge of marketing channels particularly Email, SEO and Copywriting
• Proactive, commercially minded and a strong work ethic
• Passionate about interiors and lifestyle
