As a Marketing Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and expanding your market reach through thought leadership and consistent engagement. You will work across various disciplines including Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, CRM, Analytics, Product, UX, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a network of marketing clients and candidates.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles.

• Maximize business opportunities and increase market share through proactive engagement.

• Lead negotiations and manage client/candidate expectations.

• Collaborate with your team to meet individual and group targets.

• Positively represent the 3Search brand and mentor junior staff.

• Assist leadership with training and initiatives when required.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in hitting individual revenue targets.

• Experience as a 360 recruiter in an agency setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for recruitment and the marketing sector.

• Team player who shares ideas, gives/receives feedback, and contributes to company culture.
