Marketing Project Manager

 

Description:

A reliable, organised and communicative person who is proactive and passionate about delivering the best resuls we can for our clients. With training you will become the main point of contact for the clients and will interface with our service delivery team to make sure the clients project is running effectively.

 

Role examples:

You will talk with the service delivery team, the telemarketing team, the research team and the client. For example the telemarketing team may mention they are struggling with a specific objection. You can then get the relevant information from the client to help the telemarketing team or just set up a call with all of you including the telemarketing team to hear from the client direct on how to overcome the objection. You will be handling the first call with the client to gather all the information to run the campaign. This is just an example but I hope it gives you more insight into the role.

 

Things to have:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager and with clients from the UK market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Energetic, proactive and with high interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed organisational skills
