Amazing opportunity to join this fast-growing London based B2B FinTech brand as a Marketing Operations Manager, helping to drive business planning, insights and operational excellence.
You will be passionate about marketing and have a background in marketing analytics and marketing technology (MarTech), along with a consultative mindset. You’ll be good with stakeholders, and have the experience of helping to scale up marketing operations and introducing the latest marketing technologies and platforms.
Main skills:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar marketing operations role
- Preferably some experience in B2B marketing operations and/or marketing analytics
- Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations
- Analytical and project management expertise is nice to have
- Understanding of latest marketing operations, MarTech and marketing automation platforms
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (eg Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, etc)
- Experience with CRM systems required (eg Salesforce)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel skills required
- An ability to work across different functions and cultures a must
Main responsibilities:
- Track and report progress on funnel metrics, marketing KPIs and ROI of marketing programs
- Conduct insightful analysis using internal and external data, and identify opportunities to drive growth or cost efficiency improvements
- Work with Head of Marketing Ops to support marketing in strategic, operational and financial planning. Ensure decisions are data driven and optimized to maximize ROI
- Provide analysis for operational reviews to drive decision-making and review progress on marketing goals and priorities
- Identify, scope and drive critical projects and initiatives to enhance the way the company tracks marketing’s impact on the business
- Help establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
- Help ensure that each marketing programme is measured and effectively drives pipeline
- Work cross-functionally to help drive success in lead management and to track and improve funnel efficiency
- Help recommend new systems and outline workflow processes to increase the scalability and efficiency of the marketing function
