Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
 

  • Lead Inspiring Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimise marketing strategies that engage audiences, generate leads, and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Design, and Data teams to create campaigns that connect seamlessly and deliver results.
  • Experiment & Innovate: Explore new channels (social, PPC, partnerships, PR) to push boundaries and reach fresh audiences.
  • Analyse & Optimise: Track campaign performance, report on KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations to boost results.
  • Engage Audiences: Create compelling, on-brand content that speaks directly to your target audience.
  • Own the Process: Take charge of budgets, timelines, and campaign outcomes, with full support from the team.

  • Experience & Impact: At least 2 years in marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.

  • Data-Savvy: Comfortable working with analytics, tracking ROI, and optimising campaigns to maximise performance.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player who excels at building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Problem Solver: Thrives on challenges, with a proactive approach to testing new ideas and overcoming obstacles.
  • Digital Pro: Knowledge of SEO/SEM, marketing automation, Google Analytics, and paid media is a big plus!
