You'll ideally have:
- 4+ years’ manager level experience in developing and delivering effective multi-channel marketing campaigns within a B2B, legal and/or professional services environment.
- A well-established working knowledge of marketing fundamentals and a professional marketing qualification, ideally at degree or post graduate level.
- A team player mentality with a proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong demonstrable experience of executing digital marketing campaigns through a variety of tactics including content production, SEO, events, social media etc.
- Great analytical skills and experience in interpreting data and trends through various tools and platforms to help drive informed marketing decisions.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a self-starter mindset – with a strong desire to explore new and creative marketing tactics that deliver results.
- Proven organisational and project management skills and experience in managing internal/external stakeholder expectations and delivering on a variety of projects whilst working to tight deadlines.
- A strong commercial awareness and interest in current affairs and legal issues that impact businesses.
- Previous experience of working in an environment where marketing efforts are measured and for which you’re held to account.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while ensuring high quality of work and strong attention to detail.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Awareness of your own and your colleagues’ strengths and development needs and a track record of building on these.
