Requirements:
- Strategy Ownership and execution: Devise with the Head of Sales & Marketing the B2C and B2B marketing strategy for the next 2-3 years, and then take coherent actions to deliver on these objectives
- Integrated campaigns: You must have solid experience in running B2C and B2B marketing campaigns to drive inbound enquiries, leads and brand awareness.
- Experience of managing integrated campaigns end-to-end
- Understanding of digital/traditional marketing analytics and attribution models.
- Data-driven mindset (Performance): Review and report on marketing metrics to improve the performance of campaigns and wider marketing team
- Budget management: Manage and maximise the P&L budget for marketing across all activities taking place
Responsibilities:
- Translate high-level company vision into well defined and focused marketing strategy
- Ownership of the marketing campaigns across all digital channels as well as their respective budgets and agencies/partners
- Track, analyse, and report on all digital/traditional marketing campaign performance
- Develop and execute our marketing strategy across both consumer and dealer industry audiences
- Manage entire Marketing function, inspire and develop team members, take a relentless approach to continuous improvement
- Envision and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various digital channels including website, SEO, PPC, social, email, and other online demand generation
- Lead and manage a talented team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship, motivation, and guidance
- Develop our brand identity and build upon our tone of voice to enhance our positioning in the market
