Focus 5 Recruitment are looking to recruit a full-mix Marketing Manager with both B2B and B2C experience.
Working for a leading UK apprenticeship provider you will work to both develop and deliver the marketing strategy in line with overall organisational objectives. The strategy and campaigns will help attract businesses with an interest in taking on apprentices and also help attract students interested in an apprenticeship.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:-
- Developing digital strategies including website management, email marketing, content creation, social media, and adherence to SEO principles.
- Ensuring a uniform and consistent brand image across internal and external communications within the company.
- Providing robust support to the sales team by creating effective materials to help them in their roles.
- Coordinating a presence at key events such as national conferences and exhibitions.
- Managing public relations efforts, including the creation and distribution of press releases.
- Identifying and overseeing suitable entries for industry awards.
- Overseeing activities related to the sponsorship program to fulfil marketing-related contractual obligations.
- Utilizing HubSpot CRM to execute impactful campaigns.
- Collaborating with and managing external suppliers as necessary.
Experience required for Marketing Manager role: -
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
- Education to degree level.
- Preferable management experience.
- Proficiency in crafting well-scripted content.
- Effective management of multiple projects concurrently.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital trends and social media.
- Willingness, capability to organize and participate in events.
- Proactive relationship building, creating a network of go-to peers within the sector.
- Advantageous to have experience with HubSpot.
- Experience in fire, security or health & safety sector would be an advantage but not necessary
