Responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
• From ideation to execution of full 360 marketing strategies
• Collaborate with wider teams to ensure consistency throughout the brand for NPD and new marketing strategies
• Ability to read and analyse data in order to ensure improvements are constantly added to always be ahead of the game
• Always having a commercial outlook on strategies to maximise revenue in all areas
• Natural 'problem solving' attitude and using natural intuition within a fast paced brand
• Out of the box approach to new strategies - disruptive approach to brand awareness
• Be able to have FUN! (They are a good team to be around!)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working in Beauty or Fashion
• Track record with using Facebook and Instagram Ads
