Description:
We are seeking an Activation Marketing Manager for our UK & Ireland Business Unit. The candidate will join Kerry’s largest European region and report into the Activation Marketing Lead for UK&I. The role will be customer-facing and will require travel, predominantly around the UK and Ireland. It is an fast-paced role and an exciting opportunity to work with the UK’s most-loved and up and coming brands.
What will I be doing?
- Working closely with Commercial Directors for both Meat and Food on the execution of Marketing Activation and customer engagement plans for Food and Meat channels
- Working with our Strategic Marketing teams and Commercial team to bring our global campaigns and commercial programmes to the UK & Irish market with the most impact
- Building intimacy and strengthening relationships with key accounts and newly onboarded accounts, both virtually and in person
- Support the Marketing Lead in developing the activation plan and strategy of Food & Meat for UK&I Business Unit
- Identifying growth opportunities for our ingredients in region
What do I need to be successful?
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in marketing, multimedia or related field
- Experience in a marketing field, ideally in a B2B environment. Experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage, but passion for the industry is a higher priority.
- Outgoing and engaging personality; someone who can collaborate with multifunctional teams
- An ability to identify synergies across channels (ie. Food and Meat) to streamline workload and work efficiently and at pace
- Presentation/speaking skills
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and workload prioritisation
- Proficiency in Office tools, experience with the Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage
- Proven record of effective project management or execution of activation plan
- Fluent English is essential
