You have good experience in an agency or production company setting; you totally understand the world of photography and film / video and how it works across advertising and communications in the digital era. You embrace the new world of B Corps, AI, the metaverse and web 3.

You are a self-starter, able to get on with the job and take the team with you. You will, initially, be the sole member of the marketing team, reporting to the CEO and with the opportunity to learn from a marketing guru that we will bring in to advise on strategy. You will also be assisted by a number of agencies, appointed by you or already working with us. And you will take on someone for social almost immediately.

Primary role & responsibilities to include
· Supporting our agencies helping on leads, pr, website and social
· Thought leadership / opinion pieces; help develop and build on 2 initiatives already started - Wonderchats and TaH magazine
· Digital marketing; creative and writing; outreach, blogs, newsletters, SEO
· Website development; planning & launching new website
· Social; strat, planning, managing (the doing tbc by in-house content creator)
· Content strategy; planning, producing and airing Behind the Scenes work
· Tech; strategy & managing relationships, eg. hubspot
· Case studies, client interviews and ROI work
· Client surveys and feedback; assisting & promoting Client Referrals
· Award entries
· PR and press releases; working with our appointed agency
· Industry-sector events; identifying, organising, planning; ensuring success: Cannes Lions, MadFest, etc.
· Speaking and networking; creating, finding oppos for team members
· Partnership marketing; researching & finding strategic clients and partners
· B Corp status: assist Wonderhatch to obtain it; and then marketing it
Secondary responsibilities

· Discovery, Define, Destiny: promotion & visualisation; phase of our journey
· Persona work, competition, swot etc.
· Marketing materials; evolving production, best in class
· Prospect & client hospitality; including our Exhibition 2025
· ESG work; sustainability; ingraining in our culture - working to net zero and then carbon positive; a/c the business and all productions
· Culture; assisting with our culture development; Culture Club, support and assist internal ‘fun’ team
· Planning, researching and advising on the Wonderhatch Foundation, 2026
· Planning and executing new initiatives to drive Wonderhatch forward as a leading content agency for the ages; including AI, Metaverse and Web3
Qualifications
· You have at least 3 good years’ experience in a similar role
