Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in marketing and a proven track record in the field. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing activities and tasks across three broad categories: Online Marketing, Public Relations (PR), and Offline Marketing. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Online Marketing:
- Website Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the company website to ensure content is current, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
- Decks and Documentation: Create and manage sales & marketing decks, presentations, and documentation to support various campaigns and initiatives.
- Social Organic: Develop and execute organic social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms.
- Social Paid (Influencer Campaigns): Coordinate and manage paid social media campaigns, including influencer partnerships, to drive brand awareness and conversions.
- Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote new products.
- Paid Search: Oversee and optimise paid search campaigns to maximize ROI and drive traffic to the website.
2. Public Relations (PR):
- Press Releases: Draft and distribute press releases to announce company news, product launches, and other significant events.
- Interviews: Coordinate and support team members, specifically our CEO, for media interviews, ensuring key messages are communicated effectively.
- Podcasts: Identify and secure podcast opportunities to promote the brand and share industry insights.
- Product Launches: Plan and execute PR strategies for product launches, including media outreach and event coordination.
3. Offline Marketing:
- Events Support/Sponsorship: Assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting events, including trade shows, conferences, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Consumer Testing and Product Sampling: Organize and manage consumer testing and product sampling initiatives to gather feedback and increase product visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on both online and offline channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and paid search.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
