Description:
This is an exciting role for a Marketing Assistant/Executive with at least 2 years’ experience to join an established brand in a period of growth. You will be part of a team delivering a multi-channel marketing plan and you will directly be influencing the direction of marketing, whilst supporting the Senior Marketing Executive in the day to day running of the department.

Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team with the implementation of the marketing plan. Contributing with your own ideas and being a part of the delivery.
- Use Mailchimp to create email campaigns for our B2C and B2B database.
- Website management, updating content on our Shopify platform and working to improve the user journey.
- Support the production of marketing communications and ensure we have an adequate level of stock available.
- Promote correct use of brand guidelines internally, encouraging colleagues to be a part of brand and marketing activity.
- Market research to help guide our marketing plan and understand which audiences we should be focusing on.
- Collate data for reporting.
- An active member of the cross-functional Customer Experience team – ensuring we are making customer-led decisions across the business.
- Product marketing; helping to develop our packaging and product resources.
- Support the team in managing external events, both nationally and internationally.
- You will be responsible for the smooth running of the marketing administration, keeping the department organised, responding to general enquiries and managing the marketing inbox.

- You will be creative and enjoy working with the team to come up with exciting new ways to market our products.
- A good knowledge of social media will be very beneficial.
- Good experience of working collaboratively with other departments
- Take a “customer orientated approach” – we are a customer centric business, with people at the heart of everything we do.
- We have B2C and B2B customers, so the ability to switch between these audiences will be required.
- You will do well in this role if you are well-organised, passionate and comfortable working on a variety of different projects at the same time.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a marketing environment.
- Ability to travel into Worcester HQ
- Fluent in English language
