My client is a global leader in logistics but also the sustainability industry. They cover almost all locations across the world and have a huge presence in the US.
With their extensive portfolio and innovative solutions, they are growing and expanding at a rapid pace. This is a great opportunity for someone to come and own the content marketing function across their EMEA Region.
I’m looking for a highly skilled and rounded Content Manager to cover internal and external communications as well as lead the Content Strategy. Ideally, you’d have global experience, but this is not a necessity. What’s key is that you can demonstrate the ability to manage multiple departments, and agencies and build relationships internally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the EMEA Marketing content strategy.
- Create a communications strategy for the different internal and external communication channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key trade media, contributing to building brand awareness for the business. Use external agencies where relevant.
- Own the Social Media channel (LinkedIn only)
- Proactively generate ideas for promotion, branding as well as lead generation, by researching, writing, and editing clear and compelling marketing content for various channels to create brand awareness and lead generation. Content includes but is not limited to social media, blogs, white papers, subject matter expert interviews, press releases, emails, videos, etc.
- Write clear and compelling content or provide briefs with direction to freelance resources, all in coordination with internal stakeholders and resources.
- Active member of the global Marketing content task force with responsibility for defining and building content based on keyword research and thought leadership opportunities and helping craft website content for SEO.
You must have:
- 5+ years’ experience in a content development position. B2B experience in a service or supply chain environment is preferred.
- Experience with internal and external communication and PR.
- Exceptional writing and story-telling skills with a proven ability to engage prospects, customers, employees, and media.
- Strong self-initiative with excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking ability. Can move seamlessly between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Creative mind who loves to roll up his/her sleeves to achieve results.
