Your key responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and deliver engaging and effective marketing that encompasses personalised content, events and roundtables – all driving awareness and engagement while deepening our client relationships
Helping to manage our team planner and pipeline of work, including all marketing and sales material, prequalifications, campaigns and events
Telling the BAM story to our clients in a personalised, timely, relevant way through all of our marketing material – using headlines that resonate and collateral that lands at the right time
Supporting the Client Account Leads/Directors and BAM leaders to bring our client strategies to life through account-based marketing activities, branding advice and prequalification support
Planning and developing wider marketing and sales content, activities and events, working closely with the Head of Marketing and the Communications team
Advice and support on final formatting and production of marketing and sales collateral, maintaining oversight of documents and content produced by the team to ensure consistency
Collaborating cross-functionally across the business to ensure the brand is brought to life across different client touchpoints
Being a brand ambassador and bringing others along on the journey to sell the company better
Helping measure the effectiveness of campaigns and collateral – using tools such as CRM and Dynamics 365 Marketing
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Communications and Graphics, to ensure alignment with corporate communications and bids/tenders
Who are we looking for?
Proven experience in a marketing, branding or content role - including involvement working with business leaders and clients
Strong experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat) and MS packages – with examples to demonstrate
Knowledge of current trends in presentation of bids/proposals, graphics and marketing - including experience and interest in developing infographics
Experience in production of bids and proposals with demonstrable evidence of producing high quality, work winning writing to demanding deadlines, complying with the requirements of a style guide
Experience in assessing and planning resource requirements, including coordinating various internal stakeholders and external support
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) to present clearly and concisely
Formal degree-level (or equivalent) qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field (preferred but not essential)
Experience in MS packages – with examples to demonstrate – particularly focused on presentation and publishing
Capability to edit and proofread the work of others
Good knowledge of the infrastructure contracting sector (preferred but not essential)
