Marketing Communications Administrator

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

 

- Be the first point of call for the Marketing and Communications Department for internal and external enquiries; managing info and input email addresses.

- Arranging internal and external meetings and events including organising venues, refreshments and security passes as required.

- Support travel and accommodation arrangements, expenses and credit card returns, and ensure costs are coded to the correct budget.

- Liaise with colleagues from across the organisation administering the distribution and collation of information for the departments to ensure good communication.

- Collate department information for reporting purposes, keeping accurate records and liaising with colleagues across the department as required.

- Collating information to help count the carbon footprint of the department.

- General admin duties such as stocking office supplies, printing documents, filing, dealing with IT requirements.

- Support the Head of Department with duties such as running their diaries, dealing with correspondence and organising paperwork.

- Be committed to good health & safety and access practice and ensure familiarity with organisation’s health & safety and access policies, procedures and guidelines.

- To undertake any other reasonably required duties as instructed by line manager or someone acting on their behalf, in addition to the role specific responsibilities detailed above.
