We’re looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a strong understanding of the Irish market and the sectors in which we operate. You’ll be responsible for driving the marketing and communications strategy and working with our wider team to deliver impactful, inspiring, and engaging activity aligned to our growth ambitions.

This is a key position that would see you devising and delivering a full range of marketing activity from events to social media and thought leadership. You’ll work closely with senior internal stakeholders and the marketing team to ensure plans are aligned and coordinated.

Key Accountabilities
 

• Identifying the marketing and communications opportunity and developing an annual plan aligned to the strategic direction in Ireland.
• Ensuring effective planning, organisation and management of marketing and communications activities including thought leadership content, campaigns, news flow, events, awards, collateral, and social media.
• Enhancing the profile and visibility of Mott MacDonald in Ireland, in alignment with the overall Mott MacDonald brand.
• Creating high-quality written and visual content for use across Mott MacDonald channels.
• Collaborating with the wider team in Ireland and the Unit marketing team.
• Creating a monthly report to monitor and evaluate the marketing and communications activity.
• Internal communications linked to the annual plan.
