Marketing And Client Liaison Assistant

Description:

Chris Levine Studio is looking for a Marketing and Client Liaison Assistant to join our small team based in Mayfair. Experience in sales is preferable. Client-facing role. Must be proficient in InDesign, have knowledge of Artlogic and Social Media management. Supporting the Studio Manager and studio executives in sales and marketing strategies. We are looking for someone who is gregarious, passionate and driven. Starting salary £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience of the candidate. This position will be full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting sales (i.e. Through organised client studio visits, email outreach, and newsletters)
• Website Management (i.e. Through communication with the web development team, management of content, and formation of artwork write-ups)
• Social Media Management (i.e. Working alongside Chris to maintain his social media channels and share the latest news with his audiences across Instagram and Twitter.)
• Inventory management via Artlogic software.
• Supporting the development of new technologies opportunities. (i.e Through research of the current landscape and meetings with potential partners/contacts)
• Artwork cataloging (i.e. Through documentation of physical artworks)
• Assisting the Studio Manager in the development of project proposals via team meetings and additional research

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a previous Art-related role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter is key *
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of Artlogic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
