We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Market Research Manager who will be responsible for undertaking and delivering a wide range of research projects. We need someone who will bring strong research, analytical, design and reporting expertise to the team, across primarily quantitative but also qualitative methodologies.

 

While managing research projects and client relationships, you’ll also lead the design of some survey questionnaires, data analysis & data visualisation whilst supporting presentation design and delivery.

 

The successful applicant will have good commercial skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering value to customers. They will also have entrepreneurial mindset and support the development of new business opportunities, including preparing proposals, designing and delivering new offerings, to new prospective clients.

 

Requirements:

 

  • A minimum of +5 years within the Market Research industry
  • Proven practical experience with a wide array of research methodologies
  • Clear evidence of client and stakeholder management
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
  • Experience in both designing and scripting projects using survey platforms like Qualtrics.
  • Demonstrably strong analytic skills (experience in statistical modelling and analysis helpful)
  • Extremely proficient with Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with SPSS/SAS, Power BI and the like is a plus
  • Able to self-motivate, adapt and work autonomously
