Market Insights Manager

 

Description:

In this position, you will be carrying out core research across customer data, panel data, and survey data, looking to build a customer-centric culture across the business. You will work with a variety of different data sources including internal data, public data, and self-serve data, gathering key insights to present back to different stakeholders. You will use mixed methods research across both quantitative and qualitative, as well as some statistical techniques such as regression, cluster analysis, and data modelling.

 

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong experience in customer research, using mix methods
  • Experienced with statistical tools such as SPSS, Q Market Research, R, or similar
  • Strong statistical background
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
