Essential:
- Ability to scrutinise requirements and find bugs at early stages
- Meticulous approach to verification and validation
- High level of consistency towards testing methodology and process
- Strong understanding and able to execute different level and types of testing
- Aptitude to take the initiative and operate independently
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to estimate testing efforts
- Ability to write informative test cases and bugs
- 5 years of prior testing experience
- ISTQB/ISEB Certification
- Knowledge of STLC and Bug Life Cycle
- Knowledge of test plans, test strategies, test estimates and their importance
- Proactive approach to testing and overall quality
- Ability to collaborate with different teams and products
- Stay on top of sprint and release goals
- Ability to create and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) to highlight any risks to sprint or release goals
Desirable:
- An interest or background in STEM
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps or TFS
- Knowledge of UI, API testing
